Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime using our tracking page.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. CapeRelief is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
